Hello all!!  Well I just kicked off my first wedding of 2012 last week with a destination wedding to Roatan, Honduras!  Lots of photos to come!!!!!!!

Well here it is, my last wedding of 2011 with Natashia and Shawn!  Natashia and Shawn chose to get married and have their reception at the Brantford Golf and Country Club.

It turned out to be the perfect day for a beautiful (but VERY windy) fall wedding.

I had the opportunity to shoot Kerry and Paul’s wedding photos near the end of last year on the harbour in Oakville.  I have known them for quite a few years now and have been able to shoot their kids as they have grown up, such a wonderful family!

Kerry and Paul got married at City Hall a few days prior, but the kids had a really touching surprise.  They staged their own wedding ceremony!  This was tooooo cute.

Here is another 2011 wedding from this past September.  I have to say I was so happy to be a part of Jenna and Steve’s wedding day!  Lots of great locations and on top of it a very outgoing group of people to work with!  Everything was shot in and around the Craigowan Golf and Country Club just outside Woodstock.  Awesome day for an outdoor ceremony!

The great thing about weddings is that each one so is different.  Jenna and Steve had a new twist on getting them to kiss at the reception.  Each table had to complete a game from the t.v. show “Minute To Win It”.  Great photo ops!

Here is a wedding from back in August with Ashley and Steve.  Everything took place at the amazing Nithridge Estate in Ayr, Ontario.  I really love this location, however every time I have shot here it is a record breaking heat wave, lol.  (It was a hot one!)  Beyond that it was a wonderful wedding day!  Such a great couple to work with, love to shoot here!!

I’m trying to catch up on some of these summer weddings, so here is another fun one!   This time with Paulette and Adam.  Everything took place in Hamilton/Burlington Ontario.  It was hot and humid, but it was nothing a little AC couldn’t cure.  Paulette and Adam made this wedding shoot easy, such a photogenic couple.

Okay, it’s time for a much needed blog catchup!  I had a busy summer with photography… while trying to squeeze as much family time in as I could this year.

Here is an At-home-reception with Kelly and Dave from earlier this summer.  The couple had already had their wedding down south in Punta Cana (the same resort my wife and I got married at!).  Now it was just a big party with their entire family.  Lots of laughs and good times!   A seriously wonderful couple to shoot!

This wedding with Jennifer and Stephen took place in Woodstock, Ontario.  It’s becoming a growing trend where the bride and groom meet before the ceremony for photos.  Jennifer and Stephen went this route and it was perfect!  I think it puts couples at ease for the ceremony. 

Lots of great laughs and a wonderful couple to get to know.

Well I’ve been home from Jamaica for a little while now.  Even though its nice and hot in Ontario here, I wish I was still there.  We all went down for my sister Lisa’s wedding.  I’ve been to so many weddings, but never actually been in one.  So this was a little different for me!  Being at a wedding with no camera?!!
